Compensation Policy

The foundation is established with a governing board comprised of dedicated volunteers who oversee its operations. The board members perform their duties on a voluntary basis, dedicating their time and expertise without monetary compensation or other rewards. 

Currently, the foundation does not employ any paid staff; should this situation change in the future, such updates will be transparently communicated and reflected in the annual financial report.

The foundation may engage external institutions or companies to carry out its activities in pursuit of its objectives. These external entities are preferably engaged on a voluntary basis; however, if this is not feasible, they shall be compensated at market rates.
