Run by a passionate team of volunteers, our foundation is all about putting resources to work where they matter most. With no paid board members and a focus on efficiency, we ensure that your generosity creates real, lasting change.

The reason to start
Real support for children and families in vulnerable communities.
Ghana is a beautiful country, rich in culture, natural resources, and warm, resilient people. But like many places in the world, it faces challenges. Far too many children grow up without access to quality education or safe shelter, limiting their opportunities and futures.
Moved by this reality, founders Nadia Akua Hiles and Igor van der Burgh felt a deep calling to help. After years of reflecting on how they could make a meaningful difference, they launched the Nadig Charity Foundation in 2021.
Their goal was simple: to offer real support to those who need it most, starting with children and families in vulnerable communities.
