The board performs its duties voluntarily and without monetary compensation.

Volunteer-first governance

Transparent use of time, money, and support.

The foundation is established with a governing board comprised of dedicated volunteers who oversee its operations.

  • The board members perform their duties on a voluntary basis, dedicating their time and expertise without monetary compensation or other rewards.
  • Currently, the foundation does not employ any paid staff. Should this situation change in the future, such updates will be transparently communicated and reflected in the annual financial report.
  • The foundation may engage external institutions or companies to carry out its activities in pursuit of its objectives. These external entities are preferably engaged on a voluntary basis; however, if this is not feasible, they shall be compensated at market rates.
